TELEPHONE
A series of artist interviews
One artist chooses another artist to interview; that artist then chooses another artist to interview and so on. The last artist in the chain interviewed the first. There are 12 interviews in total.
TELEPHONE is a move towards a more collective approach to arts writing. It is propelled by an editorial method that is catalytic rather than accumulative. This format is an alternative to the authoritative influence of the publisher, and instead allows editorial decisions to be dispersed among the participants.
